Introduction
For the FB-BSSJ-1200,it is a kind of pasteurizer machine that adopt by the steam heating method for pasteurized the foods packaged applied by all kind of flexible packaging, the production output is up to 2~4.8ton/hour.
Feature
-Except the motor and bearings, other parts all are made of stainless steel, which fully meets the requirements of export food hygiene.
-This tunnel pasteurizer adopts 304 stainless steel mesh belt, which has the characteristics of high strength, small elasticity, not easy deformation and easy maintenance.
-This machine adopts steam or electrical heating. With automatic control steam inlet device, minimize energy waste.
-Adopt speed-regulating reduction motor to make the speed of conveyor belt adjustable.
-Reducer is driven by Planetary Bevel-type step less speed controller. Heat by steam and automatically control temperature. High efficiency. Low energy consumption and easy operation.
-Drive method: the tunnel pasteuriser and cooling tunnel process adopt by the integrated drive,” forward type gear reducer” +” inverter motor”.
-Heating system:heating by the external circulating steam, the temperature can be control within ±2℃;Controlled by the temperature controller, saving more steam volume; adopting by the pipeline steam mixer, the lower noise and the more precise temperature.
-Water source: adopting by the external circulatingwater pump, the intake sink included a filter.
-Heat preservation property: the heat preservation controlled by both side of the tunnel, upper of tunnel pasteuriser included the covers.
-Frame oftunnel: The frame of tunnel is welding by the square tube of 80*40*3mm.
-Cooling tunnel: installing the forward type water drumming device, avoid the products to be sinke down.
-Drying tunnel: adopting by 3-section drying method of “air conditioning fan + air knife”.

Application of packaging
How does a tunnel pasteuriser working in the workshop?
-transport by conveyor
After the product filling inside the packaging, the packaging machine will auto discharged the packaging in the conveyor,let them auto transport to the tunnel pasteurization equipment.
-products pasteurization/cooling/drying
pasteurization of the pre-packaged foods by creating the steam, in order to achieve the purpose of killing some certain of bacterial which hidden in foods and its packaging, plus a cooling and drying process accordingly.
-finished products packing
After the drying process, the finished products will be auto discharged inside the conveyor and to be transported to working table for the final packing.
