Introduction
For the FB-JF-II, it is the standard configuration model in our manual spout pouch packing machine series and specialized for filling all kinds of high concentrations of fluids, such as ketchup, paste, liquid detergent and etc.
Feature
-The mini doypack machine is semi-automatic piston type, filling a series of high flowing of fluids. It is through air cylinder to drive a piston and transfer-valve’s three contacts principle to extract and to split out the material, and by magnetism-reed switch to control air cylinder’s travel, then can adjust the filling volume.
-This device is simple and reasonable in structure, easy to understand, with high accuracy.
-Pneumatic part adopts Germany FESTO and Taiwan AirTac pneumatic components.
-Filling volume and filling speed can be arbitrarily adjusted with high filling accuracy.
-Filling head adopts anti-drip, anti-drawing and lifting devices.

Characteristic of FB-KGF-II
-The pushing and pulling of the air cylinder, it drives the cylinder piston do the reciprocating motion, which makes the material cylinder to generate the negative pressure.
-When the cylinder is pushed forward, it pulls the piston to the back, and inside the material cylinder, the negative pressure absorbs the material into the inlet pipe from the material hopper.
-When the cylinder pulling back, it pushing the piston forward, the material will be absorbed to the filling mouth from the pipe, then, it fills to the empty pouch(the filling head open and close automatically when the material is absorbed in and out).
-This piston type filling machine is a single, simple mechanical action for the each filling, so it has a high filling accuracy and stability for spout pouch.
