How to internal cleaning the stand up pouch equipment?

What is internal cleaning of stand up pouch equipment? Here it means the internal cleaning of material hopper/material feeding tube/filling peak and etc.

Here let’s introduce two traditional cleaning method:

1-No bag cleaning

This is the self-provisioned cleaning method of ZCX-A series stand up pouch equipment, it is required to assemble with the semi-closed type material hopper, first of all, let the water feed inside the material hopper through the material feeding valve, while the liquid level control system stop feeding the water (the water is full of hopper), press “filling” and” no bag cleaning”, it will auto start whole the cleaning process.

Sure, its defect is quite obvious, that is some dead angle of material hopper and material feeding tube cannot be fully cleaned when the filling content is low flowing liquid, such as ketchup, mayo and etc. meanwhile, the worker need to open the cover of stand up pouch packaging equipment to clean the material hopper by manual.

2-CIP system cleaning

This is the self-provisioned cleaning method of ZCX-B series stand up pouch equipment, it is required to assemble with the full-closed style material hopper, whichmatching with CIP main valve, bypass valve, breathing valve and etc to build up whole the set of CIP clean system. Meanwhile, contact with the CIP station to release three kind of cleaning water (ALKALINE, ACID, WATER), and stand up pouch filling equipment will auto start whole the cleaning process.

Sure, its only defect is the high investment of CIP station, some customers with small production output is indecisive to make a purchasing decision as its high cost.
